User Guide to the Docket for the Rulemaking for the Steam Electric Power Generating Effluent Limitations Guidelines Docket Number: EPA-HQ-OW-2009-0819 August 2020 This document provides information on how to reference and search the docket supporting the Rulemaking for the Steam Electric Power Generating Effluent Limitations Guidelines. This users guide focuses on the Agency's proposed reconsideration of effluent limitations guidelines and standards (ELGs) for the Steam Electric Power Generating Point Source Category.
