What Must Be Monitoredfor Each Supplier of Natural Gas and Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) ?

For local distribution companies (LDCs), measure these parameters.

~	Annual volume of natural gas received at
the city gate stations for redelivery on the
LDC's distribution system (thousand
standard cubic feet (Mscf))

~	Annual volume of natural gas received
that bypassed the city gate (Mscf)

~ Annual volume of natural gas received
that is stored on-system or liquefied and
stored (Mscf)

~	Annual volume of natural gas
delivered to downstream gas
transmission pipelines and other
LDCs (Mscf)

n Annual volume of natural gas delivered
to each facility receiving greater than or
equal to 460,000 Mscf of natural gas
per year or each meter to which the
LDC delivers equal to or greater than
460,000 Mscf per year.

~	Annual volume of natural gas
delivered to each of the following
types of customers: residential,
commercial, industrial, and
electricity generating facilities (Mscf)

~ Annual volume of natural gas	~

withdrawn from on-system storage for
delivery on the LDC's distribution
system (Mscf)

~ Annual volume of vaporized liquefied	D

natural gas produced at on-system
vaporization facilities for delivery on
the LDC's distribution system (not
included above in the annual volume
of natural gas received at its city gate
for redelivery) (Mscf)

Carbon dioxide emission factor and/or
higher heating value of natural gas
supplied, if developing a site-specific
higher heating value and/or emission
factor for Calculation Methodology 1

Carbon dioxide emission factor of
natural gas supplied, if developing a
site-specific emission factor for
Calculation Methodology 2

For NGL fractionators, measure these parameters..

~	Annual volume of each NGL product
(ethane, propane, normal butane,
isobutane, and pentanes plus) supplied
(barrels, or bbl)

~	Annual volume of each NGL product
(ethane, propane, normal butane,
isobutane, and pentanes plus)
received from other NGL
fractionators (bbl)

~ Annual quantities of y-grade, o-

grade, and other bulk NGLs received
from others for fractionation (bbl)

~ Annual quantity of y-grade, o-grade
and other bulk NGLs supplied to
downstream users that is not
fractionated by the reporter (bbl)

~ Annual volume of natural gas

received for processing (thousand
standard cubic feet)

~	Carbon dioxide emission
factor and/or higher heating
value for each NGL product
supplied (ethane, propane,
normal butane, isobutane,
and pentanes plus), if
developing site-specific
higher heating values and/or
emission factors for use in
equation NN-1

~	Carbon dioxide emission factor for
each NGL product supplied and
received (ethane, propane, normal
butane, isobutane, and pentanes plus),
if developing site-specific emission
factors for use in equations NN-2 and
NN-7

~	Annual quantity of propane odorized at
the facility and delivered to others (bbl)
