The Baltimore City Department of Public Works' Water Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project

than two years. As a result, the system will be more reliable and resilient to the effects of
climate change. Consistent with the city's Equitable Action Plan, which ensures fairly
apportioned funding across the service area, historically underserved communities will directly
benefit from these projects.
