WQX Project Status Report (10 mins) • WQX development - brief update on ongoing upgrades • Bug reports/questions 2. WQP Status Report (10 mins) • WQP General Status Report - 3.0 Mapping, ETLs • WQP download profiles status • New Summary Services are active - updated User Guide • New release of DataRetrieval package • Recent bug reports/fixes 3. Open Discussion • Other topics/questions Minutes: 1) WQX Project Status Report There has been steady progress toward Development of new environment/server for WQXWeb. The expected release/migration to the new space is still scheduled for early April. There will be an announcement sent to the listserv if there will be any expected interruptions to the web interface/client. There were additional questions or reports on WQX. 2) WQP Status Report The USGSTeam has been leading development of the new WQP and mapping to WQX 3.0 elements. There was a recent interruption to the WQP and the USGS Observations Database, while adding the new 3.0 elements during Wednesday's (3/16) ETL. Data transfers from WQX to WQP will likely be a couple days slower than usual as the team continues to cautiously add new fields. There has also been some recent development on bug tickets related to the web services. The first five of the new WQP download profiles have been handed off to the WQP development team. New 3.0 profiles may appear as a service prior to deployment in the new WQP Ul. We are expecting some updates and additional documentation made to describe the Summary Services available through the WQP. We will review this documentation at the next User Call. There has been an updated release of the R DataRetrieval package. Justin B. (EPA) asked if there was an expected date for the corresponding Python package, and we said we would check with the USGS Team. 3. Open Discussion WQX User Call Notes - March 24, 2022 ------- Adam G. (EPA) opened the floor for comments, but there was none. We briefly discussed the concept of "WQX Ladders" - standardized support designed to facilitate additional data collectors to be able to share data to WQX. Examples included standardized datasheets and accompanying import configuration files, distributed databases, sharing as a service. The WQX team is interested in gathering and documenting these types of regional resources to encourage development of additional "ladders". If you have an example of a resource you provide in your region, please share it to the listserv or directly to Adam at Griggs.adam@epa.gov. No other issues were raised, so the meeting moved to adjournment. 1) Adjournment The meeting was closed at 12:25 PM. Next meeting is scheduled for Apr 28, 2022 at 12 PM EST.
