PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Infrastructure Repair and Rehabilitation Project will include three projects: 1) Lake Purdy dam
rehabilitation; 2) water main replacement; and 3) distribution storage tank rehabilitation. The purpose
of these projects is improving water resiliency, quality, and supply dependability, particularly during a
drought.

Selected projects must submit an application for a WIFIA loan, pass a creditworthiness assessment,
negotiate a mutually agreeable term sheet, and execute a credit agreement to receive WIFIA funding.
An invitation to apply indicates that EPA believes the selected projects will be able to attain WIFIA loans.
