PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Wastewater Infrastructure Improvements Program will include four projects: 1) total phosphorous
treatment; 2) phase 1 anaerobic digesters; 3) biosolids improvement, and 4) sanitary collection systems
improvement. The purpose of these projects is to meet capacity and compliance requirements.

Selected projects must submit an application for a WIFIA loan, pass a creditworthiness assessment,
negotiate a mutually agreeable term sheet, and execute a credit agreement to receive WIFIA funding.
An invitation to apply indicates that EPA believes the selected projects will be able to attain WIFIA loans.
