The Chesapeake Bay Targeted Watersheds Grant Program
provides financial and technical support to projects that
expand the collective knowledge on the most innovative,
sustainable and cost-effective strategies for reducing
nutrient pollution in the Chesapeake Bay.

In 2007, over $5 million is being provided to fund 8 diverse
projects throughout the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

The grants program is administered through a partnership
among the Chesapeake Bay Program, the National Fish &
Wildlife Foundation, and the U.S. Environmental Protection
