The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) continues to implement the Operable Unit
(OU) 2 and OU4 remedial actions at the Tar
Creek Superfund Site. Our first priority is protect-
ing the safety of the community and our workers.
The following tips will help all of us stay safe
while construction activities are underway and as
we continue to obtain access agreements for
chat removal:

• Please DO NOT ENTER any of the job site
areas where construction or cleanup activities
are in progress.

•	Please DO NOT TRESPASS on private
property involved in the cleanup effort.

•	Property owners should ASK FOR AN
OFFICIAL PHOTO ID if someone enters their
property and claims to be a federal, state or
tribal employee. IT IS A CRIME to falsely im-
personate a federal officer or employee, or
any other public official.
