locations between DC Water and WSSC water distribution systems. There are twelve
existing interconnections between the two systems. As part of the project, four existing
locations will be improved and one new interconnection location will be constructed.
The scope of the improvements includes installation of short sections of new piping,
valves, fittings and site improvements associated with construction at the locations.
