Measure these parameters for each titanium dioxide (TiCh) process line:

What Must Be Monitored?

If NOT using a continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS):



~	Annual and monthly calcined petroleum coke consumption (tons).

~	Monthly carbon (C) content factor for petroleum coke consumed from the supplier or as measured (% by
weight).

~	Annual and monthly production of TiC>2 (tons).

~	Annual operating hours (hours).

If facility generates C-containing wastes, also measure:	

~	Annual and monthly production of C-containing waste (tons).

~	Annual sample of C content for C-containing waste (% by weight).

If using a CEMS, in addition to the monitoring requirements under 40 CFR Subpart C for the Tier 4
Calculation Methodology, measure:	

~	Annual and monthly consumption of calcined petroleum coke (tons).

~	Annual production of Ti02 (tons).

~	Annual and monthly production of C-containing waste (tons), if applicable.

~	Annual operating hours (hours).
