A U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Program PROGRAM The Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program accelerates investment in our nation's water infrastructure by providing long-term, low-cost supplemental loans for regionally and nationally significant projects. INDIANA WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS BORROWER: Indiana Finance Authority PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Indiana Finance Authority's WIFIA loan will provide financing to the Indiana Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Programs (SRFs) to accelerate investment in drinking water and wastewater projects across the state. This financing will benefit 134,000 people, including a small community with 17,000 residents.
