Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments, CT

RLF Supplemental Funding

$3,000,000

In addition to the $8,317,090 in EPA funds already awarded, the Naugatuck Valley Council of
Governments Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional
$3,000,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF
program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants
leading to 22 cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for
use of the BIL funding include 526 North Main Street in Waterbury and two Uni-Royal parcels in
Naugatuck. The BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more
cleanups in the most underserved areas in the Naugatuck Valley Region.

Maine Department of Economic and Community Development

RLF Supplemental Funding

$3,000,000

In addition to the $8,524,983 in EPA funds already awarded, the Maine Department of Economic and
Community Development Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an
additional $3,000,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing
RLF program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or
subgrants leading to 29 cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects
highlighted for use of the BIL funding include the Baked Bean Factory in Portland and Caribou Power
Plant in Caribou. The BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more
cleanups in the most underserved areas in the State of Maine.

Southern Maine Planning and Development Commission

RLF Supplemental Funding

$3,000,000

In addition to the $12,805,692 in EPA funds already awarded, the Southern Maine Planning and
Development Commission Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an
additional $3,000,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing
RLF program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or
subgrants leading to 21 cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects
highlighted for use of the BIL funding include Prime Tanning in Berwick and International Woolen Mill
in Sanford. The BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more
cleanups in the most underserved areas in 39 towns within York County, southern Oxford County, and
Cumberland County.

Berkshire Regional Planning Commission, MA

RLF Supplemental Funding

$2,350,000

In addition to the $5,250,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the Berkshire Regional Planning
Commission Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional
$2,350,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF
program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants
leading to 12 cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for
use of the BIL funding include Greylock Mill in North Adams and Curtis Fine Paper in Adams. The BIL
funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most
underserved areas in Berkshire County.

Worcester, MA

RLF Supplemental Funding

$2,700,000

In addition to the $5,149,273 in EPA funds already awarded, the City of Worcester Brownfield Revolving
Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional $2,700,000 through the Bipartisan
Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF program with significantly depleted
funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants leading to 13 cleanup projects that are
either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for use of the BIL funding include New
Garden Park's Greendale Revitalization and Denholm Building on Main Street. The BIL funding will
extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most underserved areas in
the City of Worcester.

Northwest Regional Planning Commission, VT

RLF Supplemental Funding
$1,000,000

In addition to the $1,975,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the Northwest Regional Planning
Commission Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional
$1,000,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF
program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants
leading to 13 cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for
use of the BIL funding include the St. Johnsbury Armory in St. Johnsbury and the 74 Lower Weldon site
in St. Albans City. The BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more
cleanups in the most underserved areas in the State of Vermont with a focus on 23 towns in Franklin and
Grand Isle Counties.

Windham Regional Commission, VT

RLF Supplemental Funding

$2,000,000

In addition to the $2,850,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the Windham Regional Commission
Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional $2,000,000 through
the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF program with significantly
depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants leading to 18 cleanup projects
that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for use of the BIL funding include
the Adams Grist Mill in Bellows Falls and the Book Press Club in Brattleboro. The BIL funding will
extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most underserved areas in
23 towns of Windham County; Searsburg, Readsboro, and Winhall in Bennington County; Weston in
Windsor County; and cities and towns throughout Bennington County.

In addition to the $2,845,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial
Development Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional
$600,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF program
with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants leading to
four cleanup projects that have been completed. Potential projects highlighted for use of the BIL funding
include Frankford Transportation Center, ACANA Africa Center, and Sharktown. The BIL funding will
extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most underserved areas in
the City of Philadelphia.

West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection

RLF Supplemental Funding
$1,000,000

In addition to the $820,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an
additional $1,000,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing
RLF program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or
subgrants leading to three cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects
highlighted for use of the BIL funding include Hinton High School and Parsons High School. The BIL
funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most
underserved areas in the State of West Virginia.

Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection

RLF Supplemental Funding
$1,000,000

In addition to the $1,975,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the Kentucky Department for Environmental
Protection Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional $1,000,000
through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF program with
significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants leading to eight
cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for use of the BIL
funding include cleanup of Brownfields properties throughout the Commonwealth, including a focus on
sites assessed through the EPA Community-Wide Assessment grant program and the numerous but
smaller-scale projects of removing lead and asbestos from historical buildings. The BIL funding will
extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most underserved areas in
the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Louisville-Jefferson County Metro Government, KY

RLF Supplemental Funding
$1,000,000

In addition to the $3,305,850 in EPA funds already awarded, the Louisville-Jefferson County Metro
Government Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional
$1,000,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF
program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants
leading to six cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for
use of the BIL funding include work on the Smoketown Community Care Project, which will support
Mayor Craig Greenberg's initiative for additional affordable housing. The BIL funding will extend the
capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most underserved areas in Jefferson
County.

South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control

RLF Supplemental Funding

$3,000,000

In addition to the $9,217,599 in EPA funds already awarded, the South Carolina Department of Health
and Environmental Control Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an
additional $3,000,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing
RLF program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or
subgrants leading to 20 cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects
highlighted for use of the BIL funding include support of Cleanup activity at historic mill sites in Buffalo,
Lancaster, Great Falls, and Anderson, South Carolina. The BIL funding will extend the capacity of the
program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most underserved areas in the State of South
Carolina.

Indiana Finance Authority

RLF Supplemental Funding

$3,000,000

In addition to the $14,384,204 in EPA funds already awarded, the Indiana Finance Authority Brownfield
Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional $3,000,000 through the Bipartisan
Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF program with significantly depleted
funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants leading to 24 cleanup projects that are
either completed or in progress. Potential projects statewide have been highlighted for use of the BIL
funding, including the Roundhouse site in Elkhart and the Former Bowser Pump property in Fort Wayne.
The BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the
most underserved areas in the State of Indiana.

Detroit Wayne County Port Authority, MI

RLF Supplemental Funding

$1,350,000

In addition to the $2,820,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the Detroit Wayne County Port Authority
Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional $1,350,000 through
the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF program with significantly
depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants leading to four cleanup
projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for use of the BIL funding
include the Southwest Housing solutions and the 601 Piquette sites in the City of Detroit. The BIL
funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most
underserved areas in Wayne County.

Downriver Community Conference, MI

RLF Supplemental Funding

$3,000,000

In addition to the $13,050,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the Downriver Community Conference
Brownfield Coalition Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional
$3,000,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF
program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants
leading to 38 cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects are highlighted
for use of the BIL funding including the Mill Street Project in Ecorse and the Zug Island Project in River
Rouge. The BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in
the most underserved areas in 20 communities in the downriver area of southeast Michigan and the
counties of Washtenaw, Monroe, and Lenawee.

Hennepin County, MN

$3,000,000

In addition to the $7,283,713 in EPA funds already awarded, the Hennepin County Brownfield Revolving
Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional $3,000,000 through the Bipartisan
Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF program with significantly depleted
funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants leading to 10 cleanup projects that are
either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for use of the BIL funding include the
Universal Plating Site and Upper Harbor Terminal projects in Minneapolis. The BIL funding will extend
the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most underserved areas in
Hennepin County.

Saint Paul Port Authority, MN

RLF Supplemental Funding
$1,000,000

In addition to the $8,550,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the Saint Paul Port Authority Brownfield
Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional $1,000,000 through the Bipartisan
Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF program with significantly depleted
funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants leading to five cleanup projects that
are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for use of the BIL funding include two
auto salvage yards in Saint Paul. The BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide
funding for more cleanups in the most underserved areas in the City of St. Paul.

Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee, WI

RLF Supplemental Funding

$3,000,000

In addition to the $10,200,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of
Milwaukee Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional
$3,000,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF
program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants
leading to 15 cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects are highlighted
for use of the BIL funding including the Five Points and Riverwest Food Accelerator projects in
Milwaukee. The BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more
cleanups in the most underserved areas in the City of Milwaukee.

In addition to the $1,925,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the City of Tulsa Brownfield Revolving
Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional $900,000 through the Bipartisan
Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF program with significantly depleted
funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants leading to two cleanup projects that
are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for use of the BIL funding include
Habitat for Humanity, Evans Fintube Residential Cleanup, and Peoria-Mohawk Urban Wilderness. The
BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most
underserved areas in the City of Tulsa.

In addition to the $800,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the East Central Intergovernmental
Association Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional
$1,000,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF
program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants
leading to two cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for
use of the BIL funding include the continuing remediation of the historic YMCA in Clinton, Iowa. The
BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most
underserved areas in Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, and Jackson Counties.

Kansas City, City of, MO

RLF Supplemental Funding

$3,000,000

In addition to the $8,483,840 in EPA funds already awarded, the City of Kansas City Brownfield
Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional $3,000,000 through the Bipartisan
Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF program with significantly depleted
funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants leading to 11 cleanup projects that are
either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for use of the BIL funding include
additional phases of the cleanup and preparation for redevelopment at the Hardesty Federal Complex. The
BIL funding will extend the capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most
underserved areas in the City of Kansas City.

Great Northern Development Corporation, MT

RLF Supplemental Funding

$2,250,000

In addition to the $2,000,000 in EPA funds already awarded, the Great Northern Development
Corporation Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) has been selected to receive an additional
$2,250,000 through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) because it has a high-performing RLF
program with significantly depleted funds. The RLF program has successfully made loans or subgrants
leading to 18 cleanup projects that are either completed or in progress. Potential projects highlighted for
use of the BIL funding include the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Industrial Complex in Poplar,
Roosevelt County and the Jordan Inn in Glendive, Dawson County. The BIL funding will extend the
capacity of the program to provide funding for more cleanups in the most underserved areas in fifteen
counties in Eastern Montana, as well as the entire Fort Peck Sioux and Assiniboine Indian Reservation
and the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation, both federally recognized tribes.
