The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is holding community information sessions
concerning its proposed Finding of Failure to Attain and proposed action on the plan to
reduce sulfur dioxide emissions in the San Juan and Guayama-Salinas Nonattainment
Areas submitted by the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources.

The community information sessions will be an opportunity for the public to learn more
about this proposal and speak with EPA experts. While the agency can answer your
questions about the proposed actions, official comments can only be submitted through the

comment form on the Regulations website:
